Lawley Treetops breakfast club and after school club

Club Information

Please see below information on Lawley Treetops, our wrap around care service which is available to all    children registered at Lawley Academy. Below you will find some important information about our breakfast club and after school club provision.

Treetops breakfast club

Breakfast club begins at 8am. Children must be dropped off at the main reception where a member of the breakfast club staff will greet you and take your child into breakfast club. Children have a choice of breakfast such as cereal, bagels or toast. There are also many activities for the children to do after they have eaten. Breakfast is only served until 8:30am, so if you bring your child after this time they will not get a breakfast. . Breakfast club costs are as follows:

• £2.75 per session
• £1.50 for children entitled to pupil premium (see terms and conditions)

Sessions are to be booked via school money in the same way as after school club. There will be 2 options available, please only select the pupil premium option if your child is entitled to this funding.

Treetops after school club

Treetops after school club will begin straight after school at 3:15pm where staff will collect children from their classrooms and they will be taken into the school hall where children will have access to a number of resources and play equipment as well as paint, a dressing up area and other creative activities. Themed weeks will be planned and parents will be made aware of the theme. Children must be collected from after school club by 6pm. Please come through the main reception and ring the bell labelled ‘after school club’. If you arrive after this time, a late collection fee may occur (see terms and conditions).  There will be a 2 weekly menu available which will be displayed in school, is in the information pack and can be found below. After school club costs are as follows:

• Full session - £8.75
• Club session (collected from extra curricular activities by treetops staff at 4:15pm) - £6
• Sibling rate - £7.50

Sessions must be booked via school money. Each session will include 3 payment options for the above costs. Please select these carefully ensuring you are using the correct payment option.

Club session (option 2) covers children attending extra curricular clubs 3:15-4:15pm and wrap around 4:15-6:00pm.
